Falling Behind

marathon yellowEvery once in a while my romantic idea of speeding ahead in my new online marketing venture gets brought to a frustrating decelaration as I get caught up in the ‘peak traffic’ of life offline.

The demands of my business and life in general leave less time to spend building my internet marketing business than I would like. There are things that I set out to do this week that I haven’t even managed to touch on. Things that I would like to have finished by tomorrow.

I’m falling behind! Not a good feeling.

I may fall behind, but I’m determined to continue running this race, even if it means slowing down to a walk once in a while.

I know that you have your personal challenges that stare you in the face too. Whatever it is, may it not weigh you down as you remain determined in your own heart to continue on the path you have chosen.

Alrighty then, I have some work to do and it’s not going to get done while I ‘air’ my frustrations.

May you be continually blessed in your endevours.

…and if you’re experiencing your own frustrations, feel free to ‘air’ it in the comments section below. It really does help getting it out.  🙂

Happens … working from home is different from working in a professional environment and it is quite difficult to get family members ever understand the seriousness it involves … often, more than a professional working environment … As a writer … I find it quite hard to juggle between home and work when my in-laws arrives for a week or two every year …

Hey Sherin, I guess this is real life, isn’t it? We juggle it the best we can. When we drop something, we simply need to pick it up again. 🙂 Thanks for sharing!

Life gets in the way for all of us, I do hope you make it back and get caught up as this was a pretty good course for the money.
    Best wishes
    Doug

I couldn’t agree more, Doug! The course was a worthwhile investment. I’m working on my free gift and Opt-in form right now. I intend to have it up and running by Wednesday. There, I ‘said’ it publicly. Now to be accountable and make it happen.

    Hi Karl,

Just remember the internet marketing game is a marathon, not a sprint. There’s no shame in falling behind. The important thing is that you’re in the race in the first place.

Just remain focused, and keep moving forward. Best of luck to you as you continue the journey. Remember, you have a very supportive network here.

    • Charles (Karl) says:

Thanks, Bob! It’s good to have people around to remind me of the truth.

      I appreciate the encouragement!
